Sushi Vin
Sushi Vin is a new white wine developed to be eaten specifically for sushi, it’s a blend of Chardonnay, Malvasia Bianca and Muscat with a fruity aroma that goes well with rice and fish. The wine is available in Brazil (Sao Paulo itself has the largest Japanese population outside of Japan). The manufacturer is Vinicola Valmarino. Well if Pasta Wine can be a hit why not this?
